Održan početni sastanak partnera u okviru projekta “Pravne klinike u službi ranjivih grupa: poboljšanje zapošljivosti studenata prava putem praktičnog obrazovanja”

Početni sastanak partnera u sklopu međunarodnog naučnog projekta: „Pravne klinike u službi ranjivih grupa: poboljšanje zapošljivosti studenata prava putem praktičnog obrazovanja” (“Legal clinics in service of vulnerable groups: enhancing the employability of law students through practical education – ENEMLOS”), održan je od 23.-eg do 26.-og februara 2020. godine u Budvi.

Pravni fakultet Univerziteta Crne Gore, koji je ujedno i koordinator projekta, bio je domaćin ovog sastanka. Pored dekanke Pravnog fakulteta, prof. dr Anete Spaić, uvodnu riječ su dali Vanja Drljević, koordinator Nacionalne Erasmus + kancelarije i Mubera Kurpejović, generalna direktorica Direktorata za visoko obrazovanje u Ministarstvu prosvjete Crne Gore.

Pored ambasadora zemalja učesnika, rektora pojednih univerziteta, sastanku su prisustvovali svi akademski i neakademski partneri ENEMLOS-a, uključujući i predstavnike Pravnog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, Regent’s Univerziteta iz Londona, kao i Univerziteta u Varšavi.

Projekat je od posebnog značaja za razvoj sistema obrazovanja pravnika u Crnoj Gori, jer će u okviru istog crnogorski studenti prava po prvi put imati priliku da u sklopu pravnih klinka, a pod vođstvom renomiranih stručnjaka iz crnogorskog pravosuđa i akademske zajednice, rade sa tzv. “živim klijentima”. Drugim riječima, crnogorski građani koji iskažu potrebu za tim, a posebno ranjive grupe, imaće mogućnost da na Pravnom fakultetu Univerziteta Crne Gore dobiju besplatnu pravnu pomoć od njegovih studenta.

Kvalitet pružene pravne pomoći osiguraće se učešćem nastavnika Pravnog fakulteta i istaknutih stručnjaka judikature iz: Vrhovnog suda, Vrhovnog državnog tužilaštva, Advokatske komore, Notarske komore i Komore javnih izvršitelja.
